Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like. Your premium features stay active until the end of the billing period, then you revert to Free automatically.
I cancelled my subscription but it still shows I have one?
Don't worry, we still allow you to finish the free trial, you won't be billed. It just doesn't register until the end of the free trial period and you get to use it until then.
What does Recursive Risk mean?
Web+ subscribers gain access to 2 full reports today, within these reports there are custom formulas and data analysis. One of which is Recursive Risk, a total risk score for the contract, calculated out of 100. More details are in the reports.
How will the AI analysis work?
Web Pro will use open-source language models (like miniLlama) to analyse the data extracted from the report and provide educational context about why certain terms may be problematic and the state of the contract as a whole. It is a beta feature intended for learning purposes only — not legal advice. We don't build our own AI models, because legal workflows require deterministic, auditable outputs.
Is my data secure?
All contract analysis happens locally in your browser. Premium features use end-to-end encryption for any server communication. We never sell your data, and you control everything shared with PROT's reporting systems. Check the privacy policy for more information.
